What: Young Musician’s Camp (YMC)

When: August 2-3, 2010

Where: First Southern Baptist Church, Del City

Cost: $45

Other Info:

  • Due to the Falls Creek schedule, YMC is going to be a daycamp this year. However, we will still be learning a musical and participating in other activities.
  • The schedule includes rehearsals, worship and Bible study time, recreation, choreography classes, and special interest classes which the campers will get to choose.
  • We will leave QSBC at 8:30 am on Monday and stay in a hotel close to FSBC to avoid having to drive back and forth from Edmond to Del City.
  • Campers will need to bring a sack lunch on Monday.  All other meals will be provided.
  • The camp will conclude with a presentation at First Southern Baptist Church of “It’s All True” on Tuesday, August 3, at 7:00 p.m.  (Parents will pick up their children from FSBC after the concert.)

What is it?
M & M is the night when we listen to our Spring Musical and then take a trip somewhere where we can just relax and have some fun!

When is it?
Friday, January 29, 5:30-9:00 p.m.

Where is it?
We will meet in the youth building at 5:30 for dinner then listen to the musical.  At 6:45 we will leave the church for Dodgeball Party Zone (14713 Bristol Park Blvd, Edmond) where we will have a blast playing dodgeball from 7:15-9:00. Parents will need to pick children up at 9:00 from the Dodgeball Party Zone.

How can I sign up?
Call Cindy Wallace at the church music office (755-9240) or e-mail her at cwallace@qsbc.org. You also need to fill out the dodgeball waiver and return it with $5.00 on or before January 29.

I hope to see all of you there. It promises to be a ROCKIN’ good time!!
