Every other year the High School Youth Choir at Quail embarks on a “significant” mission trip both in days on the road and total cost.  Our mission is to provide a message of hope and change to troubled teens in detention centers, juvenile prisons, work release centers and shelters.  Our trip will be from May 28 through June 9.  An added bonus this year will be to honor the men and women who serve in our military as we spend five days in the Washington D.C. area.  To help offset the cost to our students, we are proud to host our Bi-Annual Dessert Fellowship & Homemade Pie/Cake Auction after the Evening service on Sunday, April 18.  All donations, tips, and auction proceeds go directly to the student servers.  You will never know how grateful we are for your generous and loving support.  This one evening will be the only way many of our students can afford to make this trip a reality.  I’m sure you will agree that these students fully embrace “on the ground” ministry and service.  God has and will continue to honor them as they proclaim the gospel through music and service to a troubled world.  To donate desserts call Cindy in the music office at 302-3006.
